100% Ciena® compatible 10GBASE-BX downstream optical transceiver provides 10G speeds over a distance of up to 80km over Single-Mode simplex fiber. It transmits over a wavelength of 1550nmTx / 1490nmRx using a LC UPC connector. It must be paired with compatible upstream transceiver of compatible wavelengths.
